TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan named fiery Deputy Prime Minister Naoto Kan as finance minister on Wednesday, turning to a politician with less hawkish fiscal views than his predecessor and leaving bond markets unsure the heavily indebted government would hold down spending.<div class="feedflare">
